Our first netball team participated in an exciting and competitive netball tournament at Camp Discovery from 31 March to 2 April. The team consistently showed strong character, teamwork and perseverance against some of the strongest netball schools.
During the tournament, our team played a series of challenging matches and achieved impressive victories. They started their tournament excellently with a 14–09 victory against Capricorn High School, after which they unfortunately lost 19–27 to Edenvale High School in a tough and physical match.
However, our team quickly recovered and found their form with a convincing 31–13 victory against Tyger Valley College. In a thrilling and nail-biting match, they beat Hoërskool Stoffberg by just one goal, 24–23 - a true testament to their composure under pressure.
The tournament concluded on a high note with another impressive performance, as our team secured a 20–16 victory over Hoërskool Erasmus. Overall, our team finished in sixth place.
