Fast footwork and quick paced running are characteristic of sevens' rugby. Sevens' rugby takes place during the months of September and October and two teams are annually entered for these tournaments: Juniors (u/15) and Seniors (u/17).
Achievements:
| 2019: | u/17 team are shield winners during Twizza Tournament, u/15's finished in second place | 
| 2021: | u/15 and u/17 teams finished fourth at Louis Trichardt Sevens Tournament | 
| 2023: | 
 u/17 team won the cup section of the Frogfoot sevens tournament at Hoërskool Die Wilgers and finished as runners-up during the PHS Blitzfees. They also took part in the Champions Cup of the Frogfoot sevens tournament where only the Top 12 teams in the country participated. u/15 team are bowl winners during the Curro sevens tournament Asheeq Bradford, Mignon Stevens, Anvernio Adonis and Mihlali Ntlebi receive provincial colours  | 
| 2024: | 
 u/15 team won the Tom Naudé sevens tournament, while the u/17 team were crowned runners-up The u/15 team won the Plate Final during the PHS Blitzfees, with the u/17 team being runners-up in the bowl u/15 team won the Willem Strauss International sevens tournament u/17 team were the plate winners of the Heritage Sport sevens tournament, while the u/15 team finished in third place  | 
| 2025: | 
 u/15 team are Bowl winners at the Rassies Bosveld Sevens Tournament, while the u/17A team achieved fourth place u/15 team are Cup winners at the PHS Blitzfees, while the u/17 team finished in sixth place overall u/15 team are Cup winners at the Vallei Uile Sevens Tournament, while the u/17 team finished in second place overall u/15 team are Bowl winners at the Noordvaal Sevens Tournament, while the u/17 team finished in sixth place overall Refentse Mashaba, Cohen Koopman and Junaid Stevens are included in the u/17 Limpopo Craven Week team  |
