U-Turn Youth Week came to an inspiring conclusion last night with a powerful Worship Evening attended by numerous young people. The week was filled with spiritual growth, uplifting messages, praise and worship, and meaningful moments of faith, while the final evening served as a fitting celebration of everything experienced throughout the week.
The highlight of the evening was the performance by One Crown, the well-known Christian rock band from Potchefstroom, who deeply moved the audience with their energetic music and powerful message of faith. One Crown is widely known for their unique style that combines modern rock music with strong Christian values and messages of hope, salvation, and faith. Over the years, the band has received recognition for their ministry and is known for using music as a platform to spread the Gospel rather than merely entertain.
From the first note, the atmosphere was filled with excitement and worship. Young people sang together and embraced the opportunity to openly express their faith. The band’s passionate performance, together with heartfelt testimonies shared between songs, left a lasting impression on everyone present. The message of God’s love, grace and presence shone clearly through every song and every word spoken.
The evening was about far more than music - it created a space where young people could open their hearts and draw closer to God. Many learners experienced the event as a time of renewal, encouragement and spiritual inspiration.
Throughout the week, U-Turn Youth Week focused on equipping young people with faith, hope, and values that they can carry into their daily lives. The success of the week was made possible through the dedication of every speaker, organiser and every young person who participated and contributed to making the event so special.
