We are incredibly proud of Jurihan Swart, who had the opportunity to represent Limpopo at the u/16 Regional Tournament held at Hilton College in Pietermaritzburg from 14 to 18 July.
Annually, this prestigious tournament brings together the country’s most promising u/16 players, providing young sportsmen with the opportunity to test their skills against top competitors from across South Africa. Being selected to participate in this tournament is a remarkable achievement in itself and is a testament to Jurihan’s talent, dedication, hard work, and perseverance.
Over the five days of competition, players were exposed to an exceptionally high standard, with every match offering valuable experience and opportunities for personal growth. Jurihan conducted himself with pride, represented his team with commitment, and embodied the values of Hoërskool Ben Viljoen both on and off the field.
The experience gained during this tournament will undoubtedly play an important role in Jurihan’s development as a sportsman. Competing against some of the best players in his age group is an invaluable opportunity that will strengthen his game and prepare him for future challenges.
We are proud that he represented Hoërskool Ben Viljoen and look forward to following his sporting journey with great interest.
