When young athletes earn the opportunity to represent their province on the hockey field, it is the reward for countless hours of hard work, dedication, and an unwavering passion for the game. We are therefore exceptionally proud of Elzané Fleischman, who represented the Limpopo u/14 hockey team at the u/14 Regional Hockey Week in Krugersdorp from 27 to 30 June 2026.
The Regional Hockey Week brings together some of South Africa’s most promising young hockey players and provides them with the opportunity to test their skills against strong opposition. In addition to competing at a high level, the tournament offers valuable exposure, promotes good sportsmanship, and creates opportunities for players to grow both as teammates and as individuals.
Elzané’s participation in this prestigious tournament is a testament to her talent, perseverance, and the dedication with which she approaches her hockey. Earning the honour of wearing the Limpopo colours is an exceptional achievement and recognition of the hard work she has invested over an extended period.
