We believe in developing learners who excel academically and make a positive impact on the community and world.
We offer a wide range of opportunities and resources that encourage our learners to develop leadership qualities and unlock their full potential. We strive to create an environment in which learners build self-confidence, accept responsibility and develop a passion for leadership.
The RCL is the elected Learner Representative Council of our learners at the school. Being part of the RCL allows learners to learn how to be leaders from early in their lives so that each one's leadership qualities develop, thus preparing them for life after school.
Here at Hoërskool Ben Viljoen, we are proud to contribute to the formation of future leaders who will make a difference in the world. The announcement of our RCL panel took place recently, and we are very proud of the following three Grade 12 learners who hold the respective portfolios.
RCL Chairperson: Jaco van der Westhuyzen
RCL Vice-Chairperson: Isabel Aguinaga
