This year, as part of their charity project, Hoërskool Ben Viljoen's ATKV Youth Branch embarked on the meaningful Food Sock project, led by Ellené van der Westhuyzen, chairperson of the youth branch.
Community members were able to pay R50 at the school office and thus use this opportunity to be part of this project that makes a tangible difference in people's lives.
Ellené embarked on the project with great dedication and, on behalf of the ATKV branch, personally delivered the Food Socks to Huis Destiny in Marble Hall.
The ATKV Youth Branch and Hoërskool Ben Viljoen would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed. Every R50, every food sock and every gesture of caring contributed to the success of this project.
A big word of thanks to Ellené for her leadership and to everyone who supported the project. Together, we show the world that Hoërskool Ben Viljoen consists not only of excellent learners but also of young adults with compassion.
