Hoërskool Ben Viljoen's marksmen participated in Bisley 5 on 29 and 30 May 2026, which was held on our home soil. The competition once again gave our learners the opportunity to test their concentration, self-discipline and marksmanship, and the Dallers performed excellently.
In the u/14 division, Zak Schambriel recorded the best score of the group with 1066 out of 1600, followed by Savanah Grimbreek with 1028 out of 1600 and Owen Snygans with 903 out of 1600.
The u/16 division presented strong competition. Tiago Fernandes led the division with an impressive 1272 out of 1600, while Lizemari Erasmus (1236 out of 1600) and Danelle van Wyk (1207 out of 1600) followed close behind. Reghard Grobler scored 1097 out of 1600, and Devin Steenkamp finished his competition with 913 out of 1600.
In the u/21 division, Ané Pretorius delivered an excellent performance by scoring 1463 out of 1600. Caylin Sadie scored 1351 out of 1600, while Chrismari Erasmus delivered another strong performance for the Dallers with 1317 out of 1600.
Congratulations to all our marksmen on their achievements. Your hard work, dedication and focus are clearly visible in these results. We are proud of every Daller who represented Hoërskool Ben Viljoen with pride.
