We are proud to announce that Liliana Janse van Rensburg has been included in the University of Pretoria’s u/16 women’s sevens rugby team that will compete in the Imbokodo tournament at the University of Johannesburg on 8 and 9 August 2026. This tournament brings together talented young rugby players from across the country and offers them the opportunity to test their skills at a high level.
Liliana’s inclusion in the team is a well-deserved recognition of her hard work, dedication and passion for the game. Being selected for the University of Pretoria’s u/16 team is a great achievement and a testament to her potential as a young women’s sevens rugby player. This exposure will give her the opportunity to gain valuable experience and further develop as a player.
